Delivery & Returns Questions
We only offer free delivery when you have your carpets or flooring fitted by one of our qualified fitters.

We only offer a returns service if your products are faulty. Please read our returns policy here
We use our own delivery van for all deliveries in Cornwall. Outside of Cornwall we will use a trusted Courier. Please contact us if you are outside of Cornwall.
Product Questions
Due to the current outbreak in the UK, Orders take upto 10-14 days to arrive to your home address.
We have our own team of fitters who charge depending on the job requirements and location. You can choose 'Fitting Required?' whilst ordering from us and we shall contact you once order has been placed with a fitting quote.
Miscellaneous Questions
During this outbreak we are encouraging customers to uplift and depose there own waste. This will be a free service, however if this is not possible, please contact us to enquire.
All ranges have manufacturers guarantee and warranty, however, if you have any fitting questions and concerns please contact us.
We kindly ask customers to empty rooms for there own safety before we turn up to fit.
